3. Consultation Bookings

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 14 days before service date: Full refund minus deposit
• 7-14 days before service date: 50% refund of payments made
• Less than 7 days before service date: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date and are subject to availability.
